where all do we deliver?
currently we are delivering in noida only through our website. however, we deliver in gurugram also through milk basket app. you can download milk basket app from apple store or google store and order our products from there as well.
how to order from us?
you can place your order on our website or via whatsapp at +91-9870486660. you can also order through the milk basket app. for custom or bulk orders, write to us at hi@twolittlebirds.in
when will my order get delivered?
if you place your order before 11 a.m., then you will get your order the same day itself. if you place your order after 11 a.m., then you will get your order the following day. however, we are closed on sundays. therefore, orders placed after 11 a.m. on saturdays or on sunday are delivered on the following monday.
what all payment methods are accepted?
we accept payments through debit cards, credit cards, net banking, wallets, upi. currently, we do not accept cash on delivery.
how can the order be tracked?
once your order is dispatched, our delivery partner will send you a message along with the delivery boy's number. usually orders are delivered within 2 hours after dispatch, depending on the number of orders being delivered by the delivery boy.
can orders be changed or cancelled after placing orders?
sorry, orders once placed cannot be changed or cancelled since we bake all items on order to give you the freshest goodies. in case of any query, please connect with us at hi@twolittlebirds.in
what if i get a damaged product?
kindly get in touch with us at hi@twolittlebirds.in and we will help you with the replacement of the damaged product. please note, in such a case, the damaged product has to be handed back to our delivery boy at the time of handing over the replaced product to you.
