returns policy

part 1 | shipping

orders are shipped within a maximum of 60 hours from the time the order is placed and payment is received.

we do not offer cash on delivery and hence all the orders are pre-paid.

all orders received on the website are prepared fresh for delivery. therefore, unfortunately, we are not able to cancel an order once it has been placed.

part 2 | returns

we accept returns only if you have received a damaged or wrong product. to be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

in case any product is damaged or wrong on receipt, and you don’t accept the packet at the time of delivery due to a torn or damaged product, a replacement will be provided to you.

in case any product is damaged or wrong and you have accepted the packet at the time of the delivery, you can email us at hi@twolittlebirds.in within 6 hours of receving the packet. our team will receive and review your return request. upon approval, we will arrange for a reverse pickup at a time mutually agreed upon with you.

once your return has been authorized, we'd be happy to send you a replacement within two days. if you have any questions about your return, feel free to reach out at hi@twolittlebirds.in
